Ο Διευθυντής και ιδιοκτήτης του Γραφείου, Κώστας Μ.  Κάπος, είναι διπλ. Ενεργειακός/Μηχανολόγος μηχανικός, κάτοχος τίτλων ΒS in Thermal & Environmental Engineering και ΜS in Mechanical Engineering από το πανεπιστήμιο University of Illinois των ΗΠΑ.

Είναι τακτικό μέλος των επαγγελματικών ενώσεων ASME, SAE, ASHRAE (Πρόεδρος για την περιοχή του Southern Illinois το 1986-87) και ΤΕΕ, κάτοχος πιστοποίησης ΡΕ (Professional Engineer) και πιστοποιημένος Ενεργειακός Επιθεωρητής Β' Τάξεως. Eπίσης είναι κάτοχος Μελετητικού Πτυχίου Γ' Τάξεως για Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικά και Περιβαλλοντικά Έργα.

Εχει δημοσιεύσει πάνω από 30 επιστημονικά άρθρα και έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολλά Ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια ως εισηγητής, κυρίως επάνω σε θέματα ενεργειακού σχεδιασμού, διαδικασιών κάυσεων και αρχιτεκτονικού και αστικού φωτισμού.

Για πολλά χρόνια ασχολήθηκε τόσο σαν ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας, όσο και σαν ανώτερο στέλεχος (manager στην εταιρεία Preussag-Whessoe LGA Gas Technologies Ltd και Δ/ντης Η/Μ Μελετών του Γραφείου Δοξιάδη AE) σε μερικά από τα σημαντικότερα τεχνικά έργα της χώρας.

Υπήρξε ο προϊστάμενος επίβλεψης για το Έργο της Ασφάλειας  (C4I) των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων του 2004.

Ως μελετητής αρχιτεκτονικού και αστικού φωτισμού έχει σχεδιάσει και επιβλέψει τον φωτισμό στα σημαντικότερα κλασσικά και μεσαιωνικά μνημεία της χώρας, έχοντας στην πορεία ορίσει τους κανόνες και τη μεθοδολογία για τον φωτισμό τέτοιων μνημείων (μνημεία Ακρόπολης, Ελευσίνας, Κάστρο Πατρών, λιμένας Ναυπάκτου, Ροτόντα, κλπ). Επίσης έχει σχεδιάσει το φωτισμό στους πιο σημαντικούς αστικούς χώρους της Ελλάδας (Πεδίο Άρεως, Λυκαβηττό κλπ).

Για το επιστημονικό του έργο έχει καταχωρηθεί στο Who-is-Who in Science and Engineering και η δουλειά του έχει αναφερθεί σε διάφορα άρθρα του Τύπου.

The Director and owner of the Office,  Constantine (Costas) M. Kapos is an Energy/Mechanical Engineer, holder of a BS in Thermal and Environmental Engineering and a MS in Mechanical Engineering, from University of Illinois, USA.

He is a  member of SAE, ASME, ASHRAE (chairman for Southern Illinois area, 1986-87) and TCG and  is certified as Professional Engineer and Class B Energy Auditor, as well as a Class C Designer (highest ratings).

He has published more than 30 technical articles in American and Greek scientific journals and has made numerous presentations  on energy conservation issues, as well as on Architectural and Urban Lighting.

For many years he was employed, either as a freelance designer or as a high-ranking executive (Technical Manager in Preussag-Whessoe LGA Gas Technologies Ltd and Director of Electrical/Mechanical Projects in Doxiadis Associates SA) in some of the most important technical projects in Greece.

He was the Head of the supervision team, of the Olympic Security project C4I for the Athens 2004 Olympics.

As a renowned Lighting Designer, he has designed the lighting installations of some of the most important Classical and Medieval monuments in Greece (the Acropolis Monuments, etc) and has written the specifications for the lighting of such monuments, which are adopted by the Central Archaeological Council. He has also designed the lighting of many important urban areas throughout the country.

For his scientific and professional work he is mentioned in the Who-is-Who in Science and Engineering, and his work has been reported in many press articles.
